Willard Industrial Park – Willard, Ohio

A 77- acre industrial park with over 3,200 feet of roadway, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and waterline design. Also included was the design for a sanitary pump station, force main and a 2-acre regional detention facility for storm water management.

 

French Creek Business Park – Sheffield, Ohio
A 261- acre business park with over 6,600 feet of street improvements. Design of pavement, sanitary sewer system and storm water sewer was required.

 

Quarry Lakes Business Park – Erie County, Ohio
A 155-acre business park, with over 5,150 feet of street improvements, included the design of pavement, sanitary sewer, storm water sewer, waterline, and sanitary pump station and force main. A traffic study was also conducted.

 

Eastern Woods – Findlay, Ohio
A 133-acre medical development, with over 2,890 feet of street improvements, included the design of pavement, sanitary sewer, storm water sewer and waterline. Design of a storm water management system consisting of 8 retention ponds of various sizes interconnected to provide retention for the development.
